Well, we had a wonderful three course dinner with a whole bottle of wine in Urtega. As we didn't have to leave at a certain time we took it easy and left the hostel close to 10:30am. We made our way through fields, up and down hill through 2 villages until we came to Puenta la Reina where we had a well deserved cup of coffee. This is a beautiful little town. We loved walking through it and of course we took a picture of the famous queen's bridge the town is named after. We met severL people we had already seen before. The stream of pilgrims has thinned out considerably. I think it is because we're in between groups. Whatever it is this way is a lot nicer. On we went up a steep hill and down a little until we arrived at a beautiful little square with a monastery from the 13th century, a fountain and some benches under some trees. The perfect spot to have a lunch. We stayed there for a while and talked to some other pilgrims. Then we made our way to Cirauqui which was our destination for the day. This middle aged village was perched on top of a hill and we had to go to the very top to find the hostel. We checked in and were told that dinner was served at 7pm. It turned out to be a three course dinner with lots of wine. As there were only 7 pilgrims we all sat together on a large table. Very enjoyable! In bed on time as tomorrow we have to leave the hostel by 8am!

Mooie manier!
    Nou, tot het volgende berichtje!
